बिश्व अपाङ्गता दिवसको अवसर पारेर आज लायन्स क्लब अफ राइनो सिटी र लियो कल्व अफ रत्ननगरको आयोजनामा विभिन्न कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरिएको छ।झुवानी विद्यालयमा लायन्स क्लब अफ राइनो सिटीले स्वास्थ्य परिक्षण गरेको हो भने लियो कल्व अफ रत्ननगरले झुवानीका दृष्टिविहीन विद्यार्थीहरुलाई विहानको खाना खुवाएको हो । राईनो सिटीले गरेको स्वास्थ्य शिविरमा २२ जनाको स्वास्थ्य परिक्षण गर्नुका साथै उनीहरुलाई औषधी समेत वितरण गरिएको थियो । स्वास्थ्य शिविर कार्यक्रम लायन्स क्लव अफ चितवन राईनो सिटीका अध्यक्ष राजाराम रेग्मीको अध्यक्षता तथा सौराहा लायन्स क्लवका पुर्व अध्यक्ष दिपेन्द्र खतिवडाको प्रमुख आतिथ्यतामा भएको थियो ।बिद्यालय सञ्चालक समिति अध्यक्ष जयन्ती रिजाल ,दृष्टिबिहिन कक्ष व्यबस्थापक हिरा थापा लगाएते बोल्नु भएको थियो।

तिहार
आज २०७१ सालको गौं पूजाको दिन हो । सारा मानिसहरु सकी नसकी आफ्नो दर्जालाई उचा पार्न कोशीष गरिरहेका छन । छर छिमेक वल्लो पल्लो घर सँग नजर जुधाएर तँ भन्दा म के कम छैन भन्ने भावनाले प्रेरित हुँदै बजारबाट के खरिद गर्दा म ठुलो मान्छे हुन्छु भन्ने भावना राख्दै घर घरहरु मा झल्लर बत्तीहरु झल्काइ रहेका छन । कागजका मालाहरुले टिलिक्क पारेर लक्ष्मी बोलाई रहेका छन ।
युवतीहरु, भर्खरका अल्लारे ठिटीहरु आफ्ना दाजु भाईहरु लाई के दिँदा म दानी हुन सक्छु । कसरी मेरो परिवारका मान्यजन बन्धु,बान्धव मिठो मुख लगाउन सक्दछन भनेर हप्तौं देखी हाट बजारमा कुहिना ठोक्दै घुचेटा घुचेट गर्दै माल सामान किनी रहेका छन । ब्यापारीहरु यो मौकामा नकमाए कहिले कमाउने भनेर, बाहिरतिर हेर्ने सम्म समय नभएर आफ्ना ठगी ब्यापारमा मस्त छन ।
घरका अभिभावक चाडबाड आयो भनेर टाउको समाउन पुग्दछन । यि चाड पर्ब नाअएपनी हुन्थ्यो भन्नेमा हुन्छन । आम्दानी हुनेले त खर्च गर्ला । नहुनेले अर्कासँग ॠणको रुपमा हात थाप्न वाध्य छ । त्यो अभिभावकको मर्का बुझ्ने मान्छे कमै हुन्छन । लक्ष्मी बोलाउछु भन्दा लक्ष्मी झन टाढा हुँदै जान्छिन । उसको शिर निहुरिन पुग्दछ ।
साच्चै भन्नु पर्दा झल्लर बत्तिहरुले देशको अर्थतन्त्रमा नराम्रो असर गरेको छ । ठुलो रकम विदेशीएको छ । नेपालीहरु लाई गरीब बनाएको छ ।

अन्जु शर्मा शिलवाल हत्याको बिरोधमा म्रीतकको घर नजिकै बाट नाराबाजी गरेर अगाडि बढ्दै आमा समुह लगायत गाँउले र स्कुलका विध्यार्थी । द्रिश्यमा मोहराज सिलवालको घर देखाइएको छ जहाँ उनी घर भित्र कृयापुत्रीको रुपमा थिए भने घरमा देखाइएको कौसीमा हत्या गरिएकी अन्जुको शब लगभग दशवटा गुन्द्री माथि सुताइएको अवस्थामा पुलिसलाई बोलाई देखाइएको थियो । यो घटना जेष्ठ २९ गते गतेको हो जहिले अन्जु पुर्णिमाको ब्रत बसेकी थिईन ।

जेष्ठ २९ गते महिला हिंसाको सिकार भएकी स्नातकोत्तर अध्ययनरत तथा राणाली सामुदायिक बिद्यालयकी शिक्षिका अन्जु शर्मा सिलवाल त्यो दिन पुर्णिमाको ब्रत बसेकी थिइन् । हत्या करीब साढे आठ देखी ९ को बीचमा भएको हुनसक्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ । माइतीको किटानी जाहेरीमा सासु तिल कुमारी र श्रीमान सन्जीब सिलवाल जो बैशाखमा बैदेसिक रोजगार बाट फर्केका थिए, जस्ले आफु एस एल सि पनि पास गरेका थिएनन, आमाको बहकाबमा अपराध गरेको बुझीएको छ, यिनीहरु लाई दोशी देखाइएको छ । प्रशासन तथा डाक्टर लगायतले न्यायको पक्षमा नउभिएपनी गाउले को आवाज एकताको रुपमा अन्यायको बिरुद्धमा उभियो । त्यही आवाज सुन्न वाध्य भएर बाच्छा चौकी बाट सदरमुकाम लादै गर्दा यो द्रिश्य लिइएको थियो ।

बाल दिवसको अवसर पारेर रत्ननगरमा रहेको लायन्स क्लब अफ चितवन राइनो सिटीद्वारा शक्तिखोर–३, सुपार स्थित विपन्न चेपाङ विद्यार्थीहरुले मात्र अध्ययन गर्ने श्री राष्ट्रिय प्राथमिक विद्यालयका १०३ जना विद्यार्थीहरुलाई १ बर्षलाई पुग्ने कापी, कलम र झोला वितरण गरेको छ । क्लबका तर्फबाट अध्यक्ष लायन्स राजाराम रेग्मी, सचिव पुष्पराज श्रेष्ठ, कोषाध्यक्ष वेद प्रसाद आचार्य, पूर्व अध्यक्षहरु दीपक कुमार खनाल, चित्र बहादुर रायमाझी र सदस्य रामशरण सिंखडा, लियो क्लब अफ रत्ननगरका ४ सदस्यहरु एवं रेडियो अर्पण १०४.५ मेगाहर्ज एवं अभियान टेलिभिजनका प्रतिनिधि सहित १२ जनाको टोली उक्त सामाग्री सहित हिजो नै उक्त सुगम जिल्ला भनेर चिनिएको चितवनको शक्तिखोर बजारदेखि करिब ६ कि.मी. उत्तरमा डाडोको केही समतल स्थानमा रहेको उक्त विद्यालयमा पुगी कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरेको थियो । क्लबका अध्यक्ष राजाराम रेग्मीको अध्यक्षता एवं उक्त विद्यालयका विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष राम बहादुर प्रजाको प्रमुख आतिथ्यतामा सम्पन्न कार्यक्रममा शिक्षक अभिभावक संघका अध्यक्ष मान बहादुर प्रजा, विद्यालयकी प्रधानाध्यापिका सीता श्रेष्ठ, क्लबका पूर्व अध्यक्ष चित्र बहादुर रायमाझी, उक्त कार्यक्रमका कार्यक्रम संयोजक वेदप्रसाद आचार्यले बोल्दै बाल हकहित र संरक्षणका निमित्त पिछडिएका र विपन्न बालबालिकालाई विद्यालयसम्म ल्याई पु¥याउने वातावरणको सिर्जना गर्नु र पर्याप्त पाठ्यसामाग्रीको व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिनुभएको थियो । उक्त विद्यालयमा अध्ययन गर्ने बालबालिका अति विपन्न वर्गका र चेपाङ मात्र अध्ययन गर्ने विद्यालय भएको र विद्यालय गएर पनि पाठ्यसामाग्री अभाव भएकाले पूर्ण शिक्षाबाट बञ्चित हुनुपरेको दर्दनाक अवस्थाको जानकारी पत्रकार एकल सिलवालले दिनुभएपछि क्लबले आफ्नो स्थापनाकालदेखि नै प्रत्येक बर्ष बाल दिवसको अवसर पारेर स्टेशनरी वितरण गर्ने कार्यक्रमलाई यस वर्ष यो विद्यालयको छनौट गरेको कार्यक्रमका कार्यक्रम संयोजक एवं रेडियो अर्पण १०४.५ मेगाहर्जका कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष वेदप्रसाद आचार्यले जानकारी दिनुभयो । साथै उक्त क्षेत्रमा स्वास्थ्यको समेत न्यूनतम जनचेतना नभएकोले स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा जस्ता न्यूनतम आधारभूत विषयमा सम्बन्धित जनस्वास्थ्य कार्यालय, जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय समेतले ध्यान दिनुपर्नेमा समेत आचार्यले जोड दिनुभयो । कार्यक्रममा स्थानीयले उमेर पुगेर पनि बृद्ध भत्ता नपाएको, यहाँको उब्जनीले ३ महिना मात्र पुग्ने बाँकी गीठा, भ्याकुरकै भर पर्नुपर्ने, दशैंमा समेत चामल देख्न नपाउने, गरिबीले कुपोषण र न्यानो कपडा समेतबाट वञ्चित हुनुपरेको र सदरमुकाम जान समेत नसक्ने भएकाले सरकारी मान्छे एवं सरोकारवाला समेत कोही कसैलाई नचिनेको गुनासो व्यक्त गरेका थिए । उक्त कार्यक्रममा आगामी दिनमा पाठ्यसामाग्रीको सहज पहुँच पु¥याउने भन्दै कृषि सामाग्री सप्लायर्स रत्ननगरका राजाराम रेग्मी, मुनलाईट ईङ्गलिस बोर्डिङ्ग स्कूलका प्रधानाध्यापक चित्र बहादुर रायमाझी, लिटिल स्टार आ.मा.वि.का प्रधानाध्यापक पुष्पराज श्रेष्ठ, सुलभ मार्केटिङ रत्ननगरका रामशरण सिंखडाले पाँच÷पाँच हजार गरी २०,०००÷– प्रत्येक बर्ष प्रदान गर्ने समेत घोषणा गर्नुभएको छ । कार्यक्रममा रत्ननगरमा रहेको ईन्टरनेशनल मनि एक्सप्रेस प्रा.लि., शाखा अरुण ईम्पेक्स, कृषि सामाग्री सप्लायर्स, कृषा ईन्टरप्राईजेज हेटौंडा, मुनलाईट ईङ्गलिस बोर्डिङ्ग जुटपानी, महादेव ईट्टा उद्योग पिठुवा, अभियान टेलिभिजन भरतपुरले आर्थिक एवं पाठ्यसामाग्री सहयोग गरेका थिए ।Friday, September 12, 2014
Proof of God?

What is the proof you want. You want the proof of the planet existing; that there is consciousness, there is energy, there is some force that makes the trees grow, that makes the water flow, that makes the rain come, that make the sun and moon – the whole universal phenomenon exist. There is some energy which is the basis of this whole creation, don’t you know that? Everybody agrees to this point that there is orderliness in creation. There is a law, and there is orderliness in creation due to a power. There is some power and because of its presence there is orderliness, and that power you call God, you call brahman, you call energy. You can call it anything.
God is Love; if you want proof for love, that is so stupid!
You want proof for love? Is there not love in the planet? There is so much love! Look at the birds bringing food and feeding its little ones. Look at a cat, how it carries its kittens. Look at the puppies. Look at the animal kingdom.
Look into the eyes of a child, if you don’t see God there, you are not going to see God anywhere. There is a saying, 'If you don’t see God in the first person who you meet, you are not going to see him. You are going to miss him everywhere'.
In every human being what is there is love, and that love is God. That is why God is in the heart of every human being.

You want proof for love? Is there not love in the planet? There is so much love! Look at the birds bringing food and feeding its little ones. Look at a cat, how it carries its kittens. Look at the puppies. Look at the animal kingdom.
Look into the eyes of a child, if you don’t see God there, you are not going to see God anywhere. There is a saying, 'If you don’t see God in the first person who you meet, you are not going to see him. You are going to miss him everywhere'.
In every human being what is there is love, and that love is God. That is why God is in the heart of every human being.

जब सहमती बाटै संबिधान बनाउनु थियो भने संबिधान सभाको निर्वाचनको औचित्य के रह्यो ? निर्वाचननै बहिस्कार गरेका दललाई सहमतीमा ल्याउनु पर्ने भए जसरी पनि निर्वाचनमा ल्याउन सक्नु पर्ने थिएन ? नेपाली जनताले ७०% मत दिएर बनाएको संबिधान सभाको औचित्य लाई किन मुल्यहिन बनाउन खोजिदै छ ? सहमतीका कुरा गरेर खास पद्वती लाई किन मुल्यहिन बनाउन खोजिएको हो ? एउटा संबिधान सभाले ४ बर्षमा पनि संबिधान बनाउन नसकेको अनुभवले के सिकायो ?

Narayan Gopal Gurubacharya (October 4, 1939 - December 5, 1990) is the most prominent and popular singer and composer in the history of Nepali music. He is popularly referred to as "Swar Samrat" in Nepali music. He is also known as "Tragedy King." He is well known as a singer as well as a composer. His voice range allowed him to sing songs of every genre of Nepali music. His songs are often richly orchestrated with the sitar, harmonium and flute. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: I would recommend you not to go into Kundalini yoga and all these things. It is anyway coming up naturally. You have done the Sudarshan Kriya, Shakti Kriya, and Advance Meditation Course, and it is moving very smoothly, and very nicely.
I have seen many people forcibly moving the Kundalini and they lose balance in life. They lose their sleep and they get into big problems. I have seen many people who have literally gone crazy because there are some types of yoga which are not suitable for today’s age. In ancient days, they had lot of time. 12 years they would stay and slowly they would do these practices. They had nothing much to do. But today, they give you Kundalini Yoga and make the energy rush into you and you go nuts. I don’t want you to do that type of thing.
Many people do a little bit of this practice, a little bit of that practice, and sometimes a one year syllabus they make you do in one month. See, if too much electricity goes, what happens? The fuse blows. That sort of thing happens, or you get stomach problems, or some other problems. So it is very important to grow gradually and steadily. That is why your body is getting prepared. Practice Sri Sri Yoga, and read some knowledge. We have such a composite program in our Yoga, it is so complete. There is Gyan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Hollow and Empty Meditation. If you are having good meditation, then it means that the Kundalini is already awakened. But when these people make you do all this forcefully and make the Kundalini rise, then it leads to complications. Then there are no beneficial results is what I have seen.

North has a magnetic pole, so if you put your head in the north and sleep north-south then the magnetic current that flows from north to south passes through your head to your toes. It can be tiring and drain the energy a little bit. This is an ancient thought.
You always sleep east-west so that you cut the magnetic field and let it pass through your whole body horizontally and not through the nervous system. That is a very minor issue, nothing major. It has only to do with the magnetic current.

Only those who can totally detach can take total responsibility. Eventually you will be able to be both attached and detached simultaneously. Kick the ball and be in the goal! The name Krishna appears as the 57th and 550th name of Lord Vishnu in Vishnu Sahasranama of the Mahabharata, and is also listed in the 24 Keshava Namas of Lord Vishnu which are recited and praised at the beginning of all Vedic pujas. A puja is the ritualistic worship offered in Hinduism. Krishna is often described and portrayed as an infant or young boy playing a flute as in the Bhagavata Purana, or as a youthful prince giving direction and guidance as in the Bhagavad Gita. The stories of Krishna appear across a broad spectrum of Hindu philosophical and theological traditions. They portray him in various perspectives: a God-child, a prankster, a model lover, a divine hero and the supreme being. The principal scriptures discussing Krishna's story are the Mahabharata, the Harivamsa, the Bhagavata Purana, and the Vishnu Purana. Worship of the deity Krishna, either in the form of Vasudeva, Bala Krishna or Gopala, can be traced to as early as 4th century BC. Worship of Krishna as svayam bhagavan, or the supreme being, known as Krishnaism, arose in the Middle Ages in the context of the bhakti movement. From the 10th century AD, Krishna became a favourite subject in performing arts and regional traditions of devotion developed for forms of Krishna such as Jagannatha in Odisha, Vithoba in Maharashtra and Shrinathji in Rajasthan. Nepali Actor Shree Krishna Shrestha passed away while undergoing treatment in New Delhi, India, on Sunday morning. He was undergoing treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for pneumonia & bone cancer.He was declared dead at around 5 in the morning of August 2014. Hundreds of people thronged at Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal Academy, Kamaladi and Pashupatinath Aryaghat on Monday. He was cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat with state honors. Body of popular Nepali actor Shree Krishna Shrestha has been cremated with state honor.Shrestha had died of bone cancer while undergoing treatment at Gangaram Hospital New Delhi, India.Shrestha's body arrived yesterday afternoon and was travelled to Nepal Academy for final tribute but was brought straight to Aryaghat Pashupatinath because of uncontrollable crowd of fans flooding to offer last respect.Before arriving to Aryaghat his funeral cortege was traveled through TIA, Tinkune, Naya Baneshwar, Maitighar, premise of Nepal Academy and brought to Pashupatinath. * शिक्षा नै सबै भन्दा ठुलो हतियार हो जसलाई हामीले संसार बदल्न उपयोग गर्न सक्छौ । स्वतन्त्र हुनु आफ्नो बन्धन तोड्नु मात्र होइन, अरुको स्वतन्त्रताको सम्मान र जगेर्ना गर्दै जीउनु पनि हो ।
* जीन्दगीको गौरब कहिल्यै नलड्नुमा हैन ,लडे पछि हरेक पटक उठ्न सक्नुमा हो।
